Absolutely terrible! I went in there one event and upgraded 2 phones to the newest iphone8's and added another line to my account also.. That same evening 1 of the new phones was dropping calls and when texts were sent to the phone the screen would become blurry and unable to read. Also the reset date on the phone was 2 weeks prior to the day I bought it. The othe phone worked fine and the reset date was the day I bought it.. we didn't even transfer info to the phone with the 2 week prior date, so I thought that was strange... I went to the store and told them my issues and they wanted me to pay a $45 restocking fee... the receipt says subject to a restocking fee not we're giving you a restocking fee even if the phone doesn't work correctly! I bout the phone just 18 hours ago! I just want to exchange it for one that going to show a current reset/startup date and works correctly.. The guy just kept bring up the "$45 bucks".. yes he's said "bucks".. I'm not sure if this was a power trip for this wannabe salesmen or if he is just that stupid to know how to keep customers coming back.. I called Apple and they said they'd take care of it and didn't understand why the Forest Lake, Mn store wouldn't help out a customer that's clearly a customer with a good history.. I'll NEVER GO BACK to the Forest Lake, Mn AT&T store in my life. Way to go man, ya lost a customer.. Keep up the good work!!!

Very bad experience when I wanted to get a replacement phone (under insurance plan). Providing what the customer needs is not their priority, but selling and $$$ are their only goals. (Remind me of car dealer tactics.) Assistant manager, Amy - "thank you soooo much" fake smile blink blink was no help and told me that she "just couldn't find" a corporate address or any other phone # than standard customer service. It took me 3 minutes to get the address I had requested with one phone call to customer service. A century-old telephone company with no address and only one telephone number ... yah right ... I was sure to provide Amy with the address before I left (for the next victim to get if needed ...) Then I got everything undone that the store had scammed me into and had my previous plan reinstated with a simple phone call from home to AT&T customer service A humble, helpful customer service representative got things completely right.
