    WOW. TERRIBLE, DISRESPECTFUL, CONDISENDING SERVICE IN STORE. I called the store at 1045am on a Tuesday Morning and was directed to voicemail. I left a detailed message. 430pm rolled around and still no call back. I live just a few miles from this address and was looking forward to keeping my money for multiple fireplaces installed in my new home locally, and service an existing fireplace in my home as well. So I walked into the store and was greeted by a female employee named Cicilly (not sure on the spelling..Sicily) So I asked if she had heard my message? She stated "no I have really busy" and then bluntly asked me "what do you want" in a condisending manner. I then showed her my phone and asked if the number I was pointing to was hers? She stated "yes and what do you want" again very abrasive and condisending. I paused in an effort to control my frustration with this very disrespectful lady..........I started to say "how much would a house call be for a consiltation on multiple fireplaces installed at my home and service on an existing one in my house as well. HOWEVER I was only able to say "how much for" and she rudely interrupted me and stated 145.00 to show up plus parts and labor. In an effort not to ruin my mood prior to going home to my family, I asked her if the owner or manager was there? She quickly interruped me again and stated "I AM THE MANAGER" IN AN ANGY MANNER. I quietly asked her if the business card on the desk in front of us was hers? She stated again in a rude manner "yes" and I left with her card. I waited 2 days later to re-approach this business with my phone call just in case she was having a bad day. Guess who answered? Sicilly!! The grumpy fireplace lady. I asked if I could talk to the owner and she stated "no" I then asked why not? She stated "because she runs the showroom and the owner is in the field" I asked for his name. She asked if I was the guy in a couple of days ago? I said yes. I said that I would like to talk to him because of her demeanor on Tuesday AND TODAY. She said that I could not AGAIN really rude. So after some probing she finally told me that Scott Grunwald is the owner and took my phone number and hung up on me!! I am still looking forward to a call from Scott to discuss things in person or over the phone. If I could I would give this rating a ZERO star. Just a plain shame that this type of service is in my city. I am a person that likes to keep my money local.;(
