  Do not buy cell phones from the store!!!!They are thieves, and take advantage of senior citizens! After purchasing a plan through Verizon, to find out that their service would not work in my area, I happened to stop by sprint. After explaining the plans to me, they mentioned a buyback program. Sprint associate Luke Opsahl proceeded to instruct me that they would buy my Verizon phones which were brand new, in exchange for their Sprint plan and took my 3 new phones. Sprint told me I have two weeks to let them know if their phones will not work in my area. I returned five days later. When I told him their service was not working, they were very unhappy with me and treated me like dirt. Then I asked for my three phones back and they said they did not have them and neither did Verizon, towhich they were supposed to buy out. Basically they were stolen by this Sprint store. I received a bill for the cost of the phones because they never even contacted Verizon. Verizon wants their money for the phones they never received back. Do not purchase phone plans through this store. This will be going to court very soon!

  The Forest Lake Sprint store rocks!!! I have been help by I think everyone of them and have never been disappointed. They have done everything they can to take care of my problems and if they couldn't get it fix it they gave me a direction to go. Also when I have purchased anything through them they are a BIG help. Thank you and keep up the GREAT job.
