  Purchased new kitchen appliances and Vicki helped assist with all questions on numerous visits. She is very knowledgeable and very friendly. Had a small issue and Jodi the manager did awesome resolving it and taking care of us. Highly recommend the both!

  I present The Home Depot of Forest Lake with the most unethical company of the year award! They are very deceitful and will not treat you well after the sale is complete. I purchased some of their more expensive quartz countertops. The countertops have several defects and were not installed very well. During the installation they kept spilling epoxy and severely damaged our brand-new wood floor. They refused to repair the floor and instead wanted to hire an outlet center to perform a low-budget repair that would void our floor warranty. Learn from my mistakes and do not go to this store. The Regional District Manager (John Haussner) is one of the most unfriendly people you will meet. He said he was not able to help me any further and told me to call into their 800 help number. I asked him what that would do and he said they would create a case that would route to him so he could again tell me that he cannot help me any further. lol sorry he really did tell me this.
